What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on orders above ৳1,500. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery charge of ৳60 applies within Dhaka city. Outside Dhaka, the charge is ৳120-150 depending on the location.
How long does delivery take?
Within Dhaka: 1-2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
Can I return a product?
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original condition. For damaged or wrong products, we offer free returns and exchanges.
